With more than 38 years of experience in the energy industry, Frank Ingriselli is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with wide-ranging E&P experience in diverse geographies, business climates and political environments. Mr. Ingriselli was the founder and Chairman of PEDEVCO Corp. and Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc., (later known as CAMAC Energy/Erin Energy.), both are energy companies listed on NYSE.
Prior to founding these two companies, Ingriselli spent 23 years at Texaco in diverse senior executive positions involving in power and gas operations, merger and acquisition activities, pipeline operations and corporate development. Positions Mr. Ingriselli held at Texaco included President of Texaco Technology Ventures, President and CEO of the Timan Pechora Company (owned by affiliates of Texaco, Exxon, Amoco, Norsk Hydro and Lukoil), and President of Texaco International Operations Inc.
Mr. Ingriselli led Texaco’s global initiatives in exploration and development in key new countries at that time, including China and Russia.

Through his technical expertise in onshore energy resources development and talent at identifying high-return prospects, Michael Rozenfeld has delivered billions in dollars of value to companies including Rossetta Resources (NASDAQ: ROSE), a 2.4 billion market cap oil and gas company focusing on unconventional resources.Mr. Rozenfeld’s key strengths include applying petrophysics, reservoir engineering, and geology analysis to analyze and maximize the value of in place hydrocarbon recovery.
Mr. Rozenfeld has a proven record of success in leasing, planning, and drilling vertical and horizontal wells in conventional, tight gas, and shale plays. He has led drilling of over thirty $8 million dollar horizontal wells since 2009, where he was responsible for coordinating and analyzing vertical/horizontal log/core data, geosteering laterals, and making strategic drilling decision to ensure optimal drilling results. Mr. Rozenfeld has also substantial experience in establishing groundwork and managing the drilling of a number of Bakken exploration wells in Montana.
Mr. Rozenfeld is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas. .

As a business strategist specializing in planning, developing and executing resource plays and conventional energy strategy, Sean Fitzgerald has a strong background in risk analysis, economics, and reservoir engineering. Mr. Fitzgerald has led significant acquisition and divestiture efforts and has completed over $350 MM worth of deals covering multiple areas, including the Mid-Continental, Gulf Coast, Gulf Coast Shelf, West Coast, and Rockies as a Senior Business Development Engineer at Rosetta Resources.
Mr. Fitzgerald is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas.

Clark Moore has over 10 years of experience in the energy industry. He previously served as the Corporate Counsel to ERIN Energy. Prior to joining ERIN Energy. Mr. Moore was an attorney at the law firms of Venture Law Group and Heller Ehrman LLP, both located in Menlo Park, California, where he practiced general corporate and transactional law.
Mr. Moore currently sits on the Board of Directors of Steering Committee of Pathways Hospice Foundation, a San Francisco Bay Area not-for-profit foundation supporting the Sunnyvale, California-based Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty organization.
Mr. Moore graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and earned his Juris Doctor degree with Distinction from Stanford Law School.

Bonnie Tang brings in a diverse range of hands-on corporate operations and marketing experience in both private and public international companies. She is an expert in driving external communications efforts for early stage companies that effectively differentiate their market positioning, while building out and managing their internal operations infrastructure to support organic growth and regulatory compliance when they become public.
Ms. Tang served most recently as VP - Corporate Operations and Communications at PEDEVCO Corp (NYSE MKT: PED) from 2011 to 2016 where she was responsible for a wide range of corporate operations development efforts, from organizational strategy, system policy and management, to compliance control. Prior to PED, Ms Tang was the Project Director for Erin Energy Corporation (formerly “CAMAC Energy Inc.”) from 2008 to 2011, with key responsibilities in corporate information strategy and implementation, wherein she focused on external public relations, investor relations communications, as well as internal SOX-compliance and M&A due diligence efforts.
Ms. Tang holds an MBA degree from California State University, East Bay.

Dan D. Trang has over 10 years of experience in the investment management industry. Most recently, Mr. Trang was a Senior Research Analyst and Vice President of Research at Stonegate Capital Partners, an investment bank in Dallas, Texas focused on small and micro cap companies. While at Stonegate, Mr. Trang covered a wide array of industries with a focus on energy and healthcare. He provided investment research, worked with numerous buy-side firms, and made investment recommendations on the companies he covered. In addition, he oversaw Stonegate’s junior research analyst team. Directly prior to Stonegate, Mr. Trang was a research analyst at a hedge fund in Dallas covering both private and public investments in the energy and technology sectors. He began his investment career advising on private placements for healthcare related investments in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Mr. Trang has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BS from Northwestern University (IL).
